I purchased a Aspire 7250-BZ600 not even a year ago. The laptop has not been neglected in any way. However, my keys are sticking so I am unable to type properly. I have notified Acer, and they will not even talk to you unless you pay extra for support. Now it's bad enough that these are not a cheap laptops and next, the cmpany does not stand behind the merchandize they sell. I recommend to all consumers out there to not purchase any of Acer products.
