ACER ASPIRE ONE I accidentally leaned on the laptop and the super cheap, fragile screen craked. I had a battery issue from day one so I went to the ACER website. After entering my info it said it was covered under warranty. TWO, POS people named NICOLE and another ass named WADE called and said if I did not pay for the screen $199 they refuse to stand behind the charging/battery issue. Wtf? Dont ever buy an acer! Complete trash! Terrible customer service!
