Poker Chip Credits Not Received Three Days After Payment Cleared

I ordered Zanga poker chips, and the amount cleared my bank 3 days ago, but I still have not received my credits. If I do not have them by Tuesday, I am going to call my bank for a refund. Also, I did not get to spin the wheel for another chance at winning my chips. Please give me my credits.
