I telephoned customer services to request an RMA number to return some products that i had requested from an advertisement on Facebook as i am sure many others have done. I was asked for order numbers which i gave, The gentleman told me I was unable to return these goods as they were monthly additions and not the trial products. I explained that these products arrived whilst i was on holiday and unable to return them within the 30 days stated, he replied that was not their fault and they could not authorise a returns number and also because i had not telephoned to cancel any further deliveries i was sent further products and payment was taken from my bank. I restated that i was away on holiday and unaware further products were being delivered, again he replied that this was not their fault that i was away. I have now cancelled any further orders and stopped any further monies being taken from my bank. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP thank you for your assistance in this matter.
