I was double billed on my credit and debit card for the same two nights I stayed at the motel. I was charged two different rates and should be reimbursed for the higher rate. I had to wait until I got my monthly statements to find out because they only give a receipt for room charges and not actual debit/credit card charges. So far they have refused to credit my debit and/or credit card and have refused to send me a check as they promised. Mr Albirune Ali, General Mgr, has agreed verbally that I was double billed.
