I noticed a charge for 39.97 on my debit card. I called my bank, wachovia, and they basically left the detective work up to me, where as in the passed the would have just reversed the charges and went after the thief. They were able to give me an "800" number to call. I am not holding my breath, but Filezhelp.com agreed to reverse the charge, and suspend the card from being use again on any of there business. Dialoguhlp.com wasn't as gracious. Can't help but feel that it is one big scam.
Bottom line, be cautious of where you use your credit card onlline, and check your statement monthly. I hadn't done a very good job with either and thats what they are hoping for. Get a new debit card or they will wait a month or two and start charging you again. Your welcome, in advance.
