I have paid loan application fee and bank guarantee fee to Master Capital Solutions in Chicago last year They supposed to arrange some Bank Guarantee for the project loan to the lender, and I have arranged the private lender and the lender will not accept the condition and MCS did not submit right information so I have asked my back this year and MCS never reply and never paid my money back yet.
If there are any one wish to contact this company for any loan, please stop to talk with them, MCS CEO also change the broker every time once some one paid the loan application fee or commitment fee.
