I applied for a consolidation loan of $20,000. They said I was approved and sent the contract. If I chose to not have a cosigner
I would have to pay the first 3 months in good faith so i sent $729 via Western Union (which cost me $66). The loan didn't get transferref. My loan officer, Wendy, acted very concerned, told me the lender, Raymond Mitchell, looked over my credit and determined there needed to be insurance on my loan for me to pay an extra $350. I explained I didn't have the money I already gave them my paycheck thinking i was getting the loan. After many phone calls to Derrick in customer service they said they said they would pay the $350 and the loan would go through i a week. Again no money. Derrick said the lender wouldn't take payment from the company it had to come from me. He convinced me that the loan would go through. I sent the $350 via Moneygram ($10). Once again no loan. Then after many phone calls Derrick said they would process the refund of my money as too much time went by since my application. I still have not received it. All I want is my moneu back. Last I called the phone was off and their website is down.
