My grievance is as follow:
Yesterday, 04/16, around 8:30 pm, I worked into the Staple Store at 2950 Belcrest Center Drive, Hyattsville, MD 20782 to make copies as I usually do. I was asked to use a copier and select black and white for the work I had to do. I asked for help and the supervisor of the evening came to help me. I noticed there was no matching between the price written and the displayed price. I call her attention, but she told then that it was taxes. At the end of the 100 copies the tax was displayed and the price was still not matching with the written one. I called her attention for the second time and she was still tried to convince me as I was not convince she asked me to come tomorrow or call for that matter while giving a business card. I insisted to be taken care of and she said there was nothing she can do for me. I told her that was not an answer to a customer who feels unduly treated. But she kept portray me to the other customers as a trouble maker.
I feel this is not normal. As I told her, if the copy price has changed, the new displayed price should be modified. The customer will then have a choice to go for the new price or otherwise. Also, as a customer, I deserve to be at least listened when I make a complain about something I believe is right.
Now, I want to know the stand of the corporate about this issue!
Thank you.
Jean.
