Ack in dec i started to order this product called pure saffron slim but i never submitted the order. I got out of the website and never clicked on submit order. The next thing i know a bottle of it arrives and i sent it back right then.in about a month i receive another bottle so i call and they tell me i won't get refunded because i needed a return number. So after the second bottle i called very upset because they had debited my account for another bottle. I got a return number and returned it and it has been nearly 3 months and i still have not got refunded. I am going to contact the better business bureau if i don't get a response and then i will get a lawyer.
