I ordered a 3 month supply of saffron slim in January. I did not receive any results whatsoever. Today, I received a bottle of the product without my permission and of course my credit card was debited. I spoke with a represenative of the company who stated that the funds would be credited back to my account within the next two days. Iasked about the unused bottle a one-half that I still have because the product did not do what it advertised. I was told that I was outside the 30 day period to cancel the order so that I would not have been billed. I asked why were these instructions not included with my order so that I could have cancelled. I was told that this was explained to me up front when I placed my order. I told him I don't recall this being told to me. He stated that this information had to be disclosed before the order was placed. If this is such a legitimate company why wasn't all of this information sent with the product.instead, there were no customer service information, no return address, no information regarding the product. I believe this was a rip-off and I should be entitled to a full return.
