I purchase gasoline at the pump with my debit card and was charged credit card price. Cash price $4.07/gal. I was charged $4.21/gal. When I questioned the clerk inside the window she advised me that the pumps were not updated and that they didnt decipher debit cards from credit cards. She would not refund me the difference. I know its not alot of money but its fraud. And I thought gas stations weren't supposed to charge more tan 10 cents for credit cards.
