On the above date I bought three items/software from Commissionraid.com.
Digital rivers was the acting agent to collect the funds. To this date I have not received any product from or return of money. On 4/11 531.00 was taken from my account after asking several times for a refund.
Sinse 4/10 I have trying many attempts to reach both parties. I have tried digital River by http: www.cardquery.com. I have sent several messages to www.commissionraid.com.
I strongly believe that Digital rivers never sent anything to Commissionraid. Yet when I contact digital rivers and send them receipts showing the purchase they have never replied to any support ticket I have sent.
A day or two after making the purchace I filed a complaint with Consumer complaint and paid 25.00 to file. I only heard that it had been reveived and going to the next step.
