I purchased this product a week ago. Was supposed to be an easy download and compatible with all phones but this does not seem to be the case. The instructions are not clear, difficult to follow and seem to be incomplete. I have sent 3 emails to this company and no one has replied back. I wish I found this page before making my purchase. Anyone interested don't waste your time or money.
