First of all let me tell you, you guys have very rude customer representatives. You should fire them all and hire new ones who are polite and know what they are doing. If you continue providing this kind of customer service, it won't be long that you would have to shut down the company.
I called customer service because Uhaul changed my pick up location, I wanted them to correct it, but let me tell you she was very un-friendly and rude, she redirected me to Uhaul of centeral New Jersey 866-801-3208 and this lady was master of rudeness, she was very horrible and was talking to me like she is my boss. I asked for the help and she kept on saying "Uhaul reserve this righ, that right. Bla bla' No "Sorry" or no apologies for pissed of customer. And she is like we don't deal with orders, really? Then why the hell other lady redirected me to you?
I am really pissed off and would never never never use this company again.
