My uhaul had a check engine light on and ran horrible! The headlight was out an they wanted us to wait 3 hours to unload and load a new one!? What happened to the safetly checklist that was not done??? When I called they basically called me a liar and said since I didn't save my gas receipts I was S.O. L! Worst customer service ever! Go Penske!
