My wife and I read a lot of reviews before choosing Mid Moving and Storage for our move from Detroit to Florida. We saw lots of horror stories online, and were glad to have made the choice that we did. Ella, the representative on the phone answered all of our questions and gave us an accurate description of how the process would work. We are in the antique business and were particularly worried about the handling of our many delicate items. We packed all of the antiques ourselves, and the movers made sure that we did a good job, so that everything would be sure to arrive safely. There was one piece that they did suggest that we re-pack, because they were concerned that it wasn't packaged well. I am happy to say that all of our belongings arrived from Detroit to Florida without a scratch. The movers were quick, but careful, and made the whole thing a breeze!
