Be careful!

Be careful when you go to U Haul, I got a towing system installed by a U Haul localtion and while installing they damaged the AC hose, the repair cost me over 1000 dollars. I submitted a claim and U Haul never answered back. When you try to contact someone at U Haul there is noone can assist you in regards this matter, they avoid any responsibility
