I received a certificate, number 492721422, mentioning Caribbean Cruise, Corporate Memorandum, call 1-800-650-3238, TO CLAIM A FREE CRUISE. (for 2 people) When I got the info and that I ONLY have to pay for Port charges and Taxes. Total of $59, per person. I agreed and gave my Ccard to pay for it.
After this i got transferred to somebody, who mentioned she was from Corporate, explaining, beside the cruise I got a voucher for $1300, to use for the extended packages. When she mentioned I had to pay another over $500, for a stay in Lucaya Resort, I refused to accept their offer and requested a refund of my money. Person, from Corporate declined my request, said their was no way she would refund it. I let her know that as a consumer I have the right on a refund. We were only 10 minutes in the conversation. This call was today around 3.30PM. I did not want to argue further, the Lady was very hostile and I promised her I was not going to put up with this situation and hung up. Please help me, I am not rich and a low SSI, I cannot just throw money away. This was supposed to be a gift for my sister and her handicapped daughter. Shame on this company
