I purchased a cell blocker in August from Jammer Factory in China and from the beginning I had a problem. I gave the benefit of the doubt and worked with them to correct the problem. I paid through Paypal and called them but they did nothing. They could not determine whether it was the blocker or the charger so on December 1 I sent the item back for a completely new blocker. I paid the postage $7.68 to th;em and they said I had to pay 1/2 of the postage to return, which came out to $10.00. I got this blocker back and now it charges, but it does not work. I have been in touch with them by email, but they never respond. I went on their web site and posted a review, but when I went to submit it, it said that they reserve the right to edit it before posting. I then called for a live chat last week and Leo said that LeJin was out on a holiday and would get back in touch with me regarding this. To date I have not heard from LeJin or anyone else from Jammerfactory.
