Ripoff downloaded this on home computer & can not uninstall this & can't reach anyone only this web-site the

Please check out this web site. I downloaded this and can't get anything else.

I even uninstalled this as the web-site said and nothing i can't even use my computer at home. I have tried to call about 7 times and let messages but no one has retrurned them. Please help me.
