My computer was crashing and I went on to the internet and found what I thought was a Microsoft service (I have had enormous help from Microsoft before) unfortunately it was MyTechSquad - they said I had to pay $390US before they could assist me and that this would give me ongoing assistanceand as the computer was limping I was desperate. They gave me minimal help and didn't solve the problem - they charged the cost to my credit card sent me a receipt and that is the last I have heard from them. I have emailed them to no avail. I would warn others to be very suspicious.
