Went into to cash my payroll check. I don't have an acct but because the hospital where I work has it's company acct there I can cash it for free. However, I was QUITE angry/appalled that I was required to give my thumbprint on the check. Somehow this has to be illegal requiring such personal information. Especially when I already provided 2 forms of ID. If customers who have accts with Bank of America don't have to do thumb prints then we that don't have accts shouldn't have to either!
