Same story as the other complaints. I did purchase Raspberry Ultra Drops (buy one get one free) the end of November '12. I emailed and called to cancel my order within the amount of time requested. But they convinced me to keep it, gave me a credit of $33 and to try it because it was guaranteed to work and I could still request money back within the 30 days.
Within that 30 days I requested money back because I did not see any results using this product. I was told a credit of T. 97 was issued on Jan. 7, '13 and would show up on the card I used. I have not seed that credit and have been sending email weekly to Nancy Holmes @customer service. All she keeps telling me is that the billing department is working on why the refund didn't show up. I have 6 different email address for her.
The billing department phone number 1-650-425-6803 is just like an answering service and all that Marilyn said she could do was forward my complaint. The I get an email from Nancy again saying they were working on it.
I then requested a mailing address for the company. She gave me: Fulfillment Center PO Box 30816 Salt Lake City, UT 84130
To date I have not tried to contact anyone at that address.
I would really like to find this company and put a stop to their lying and stealing.
