My company ordered a radiator back in march for a 1998 ford ranger. (all aluminum) with warranty. Total price plus shipping $168.90. We ordered this one because the plastic ones don't hold up. To make a long story short, we received the wrong one. They sent us the cheaper one (plastic) but charged us for the higher one (all aluminum). Talked to stephanie several times. Finally got her to send me a return label. Grant you this is there return label for there so called business. Sent the radiator back by fed ex. March 26. April 2 fedex brought me the same box back, stating the address was wrong. This was there return label. Talked to the same person, explain what happened, she said she would take care of it as soon as her boss got in. Called every morning since then and they will not answer the phone. Like they never existed. Now i have a radiator, but it is not the one i need, plus they charged me too much for this one. She also had told me when we first received this one that she checked the warehouse and they had the one we ordered in stock. My question was, so why did you send me the wrong one??? I don't mind paying for what i want. Just send me what i paid for. They are a total rip off. We have 12 more trucks, they could have had all our business if they didn't have such badd business managment. Piss poor excuse for a business. They will not be in business long. We have been in business for over 30 years, and our customers are the ones who keep the lights on!!! April 11 still no answer. I call everyday and from different phones thinking they will answer. Wrong!!!
