I was told that if I paid $3500 they would work for me to get a loan modification on my home mortgage and reduce the loan to 2% and reduce my mortgage by $100,000. No one will return my calls or help me with this. They took my money and that was the end of it. They owe me $3500 back because they didn't do anything for me.
