As with every other complainant I too was victim to this scam. My husband, as a suprise, ordered this trial kit for me. I received a further kit and was somewhat confused as to why, as my husband hadn't ordered it nor did I want anymore. After checking my bank
statement I realised that £97.95 had been debited. We are a low income family as my husband is unable to work due to suffering with primary progressive multiple sclerosis so we can't afford to throw this sort of money away.
