I am writing to inform you that my 82 years old husband has been victim of a scam.
He ordered to surprise me a sample of beauty products which were advertised on line.
The company in question is Dead Sea Beauty Kit. Who promise to send you trial sample of beauty product, in my case eye gel, night cream, day cream. The sample are very small and there is no list of content which in itself is VERY wrong nor there are guidance how to use them. The sample cost is stated as £3.95. However within few days my husband was charged £97.95. And this can now be repeated every month. Apparently you are supposed to send the sample back at large expense within 14 days if you are not satisfied.in their package HOWEVER there is no return address.
We have informed the credit card company who will send us a form to fill.
As we have not been the only one to be conned, I feel that you should be aware of what is going on.
I have informed my husband Credit Card Co. And will take legal advice.
I found a lot of complaints on Google 'advanced search': Dead Sea Beauty Kit-Legit or Scam? Detailing how people have been conned.
I have no intention of letting them get away with this for my and hundreds of people's sake. I personally will pursue the matter till I get a full refund, but I would be grateful for your advice.
Your truly
M. Simpson
