Dear Sir/Madam

I placed an order with you and received the first product costing in excess of £3.95 plus p&p, you took out £97.95 on the 20.2.2013.

I wanted only one trial kit, you have since sent me another one and charged me a further £69.95 on the 28.3.2013.

I have placed a complaint with the UK police fraud and expect that you will refund me £69.95 and send me an address where I can return the second lot of product to asap.

I have also notified my bank about your fraudulent operation and other friends and family
