I ordered the free trial product with high hopes that it would work as I have struggled with my weight for many years. Unfortunately, when I took the lipo slim and the Natural Cleanse, the side effects were not good. I couldn't sleep and felt extremely anxious. I stopped using it and contacted the company to cancel any future orders. To my dismay I received 4 more shipments and finally had to cancel my credit card to stop the shipments. After over 20 calls I was given an RMA number to return 6 unopened bottles and was told that I would receive a refund cheque in a few weeks. This was in December and still nothing. I have contacted them every month since and told that my cheque would be processed. I contacted them again today and was told that they will only refund me for the last order they shipped. So they have 6 unopened bottles and will only refund me, if they do, for 2. Why, then, did they issue 6 RMA numbers and promise me a refund. I feel sick to my stomach at being taken for a fool and wripped off. After a year of this I am now giving up the fight - will never purchase anything on line EVER AGAIN...
