On Sept. 30 I ordered the trial special advertised by Dr. Oz and Rachel Ray. After receiving the 2 bottles Lipo Slim & Natural Cleanse I did not use it as my Dr. Said I should not.By the time I called the customer service to return the product, I was charged $79.99 twice on my credit card. The customer rep. Told me she would cancel my membership, but I would not get a refund. I ask about sending the product back to prove I had not used it. She gave me the address listed above. I sent it back prioity mail with a signature necessary and have heard nothing. You cannot get a straight answer from Customer Service, and my credit card is still charged for the $168.88. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with and they were not honest from the beginning. I have called back and no one can tell me if the returned package was received. I do have a cancellation number which I pray keeps me from any more shipments or charges to me. Other companies I have dealt with on line have been very honest and up-front when you have a problem, this company has been a disaster.
