I Purchased a box set of DVD's 25th January and was sent confirmation and order number also telling me that my account would show the name ROGERS IS CONSULTING. I was advised that they had been shipped on the 03rd February it would take 4 weeks to receive my product.
I have tried to email the customer support and my emails have bounced back.
They state that they give 100% customer guaranteed service and that the shipment is insured.
At this stage I doubt I will see my DVD's and am out of pocket a great sum of money considering I had to save for this purchase.
