On 23/01, I ordered the complete 10 box set of the series 'JAG' from this company. I live in Australia. The transaction went through and the company told me that I would receive my goods within 2-4 weeks and the transaction would come up as 'Rogers Consulting' on my account. Needless to say, the transaction was documented on my account but it is now 9 March and I have not received my dvds. (NB: On the day of purchase I emailed them asking why the site said $95 but when they confirmed my order it said I owed $100. They replied promptly and said the $100 was in US dollars but on my account it would show A$95 which is what happened... The site seemed legitimate). I have since tried to re-contact the company but I get a pop-up box saying 'this site cannot be opened'. I can kiss that $95 goodbye! I have never been scammed before - it is a horrible feeling. I just hope they needed the money more that I did! It is a big wake-up call re: internet shopping!!!
