I returned a Diatom Mod XF aquarium filter to the manufacturer, Vortex Innerspace Products, for repair. The US Post Office shows the package delivered on 1/17 at 10:25 AM. I heard nothing from the company for over 2 months. On 3/22 I began trying to contact them to find out when I could expect it's return. At first they said they did not receive it. Then when I advised them of the time and date the PO delivered they admitted that they had it on their books, but could not locate it in the shop. On 5 seperate occasions I've spoken to Dustin, Scott and Darryl. Each time they say that someone else will call me back, but they have NEVER returned my call. The last time, Scott said they would send a replacement unit in a week. It's been 3 months now and I want a replacement shipped immediately.
