Like Glenn in Corinth Texas and Dextrose in Garland Texas, we have been ripped off by Dynowatt. We received our bill and our energy rates doubled. It went from an average of 12 cents khw to 25 cents khw without any warning. Our bill this month is $1,200! When we called to complain and ask if there was an error, they told us that we are using the variable rate and that there is nothing they can do!!!
Let's be real! If there was another option such as "fixed" rate that they told us about, they should automatically yoffer it to everyone... Meaning they should care about their customers and provide customers with the best possible rate each and every month!
We will definitely be switching energy companies.
