I received a phone call from this company telling me that I was approved for a $2,000 credit limit Mastercard, with 0% interest for the first three years, and 8% interest after for life after that, as long as they could deduct $248 from my checking account. They informed me that the deduction would occur on December 10th, and I would be receiving my card within 25 business days.
I even made an inquiry regarding balance transfers, and they responded that that was one of their main goals, "to help people rebuild their credit". Of course I thought that it was too good of an offer, but didn't think to check into until today. Luckily, the transaction is not supposed to occur until tomorrow, so hopefully I will be able to intercept it.
BEWARE!!! They knew my home and cell phone numbers, my social security number, and my birthdate. Do not be fooled. Anyone legitimate company or organization who offers you any money (credit cards, etc.) will not ask for you to pay them first!!
