I paid a full deposit to Flipkey's "secure" server by Visa Card for a NYC studio rental. A few weeks later I get an email supposedly from the owners saying they cannot accept booking now and have refunded the amount. Several emails to Flipkey support so far have revealed no response is forthcoming. They say the money has been refunded by them on 31 March but it has not appeared in my account.
