On Feb 1st we arrived at the rental property 610 S. Brooks Ave, Deland, Florida. I rented this property that was listed as a 1 Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Sleeps 2, House. Upon our arrival we were met by the owner who showed us the bedroom that would be ours. I told her we were with the understanding that we rented the Whole house not just a bedroom. She mentioned to us that she had concerns about the listing because she wasn't getting any inquiries for the rooms so she contacted Flipkey. AT this point the wording was changed to address her concerns and she was told that we were contacted about the change. I was never contacted by Flipkey, the only time I have spoken to them is when I called them and said I wouldn't be staying there. We paid $1666.29 for the month of Feb. To rent a house not a room. All I'm asking for is my money back. I feel that the listing was misleading and made you think you were renting a house not a room. Flipkey told me to contact the owner and the owner said she hasn't received her money yet. I would appreciate help getting our money back.
