After contacting more than half of the properties they Do not partner with rent Source, You have to still pay a application fee, Most do not deal with eviction unless your spending more than 2,000 on Move in. Also on the lies is elite placement and actually company who partners with the Apartment complexes and landlords personally. After calling I was hung up on, lied too until a Women in the vacancy department told me That they are just a listing company. I later had a friend call and pretend to be a potential customer they told the same things thy told me. That they work with the company and etc. Half of thse companies have no idea the lies they are telling the customers. I have requested to speak to Rene the manger / supervisor and will be speaking with her on 4/9 until then I will continue contact properties and get proof of their lies.
