Saw ad on craigs list for apartments for rent in/near Williston, ND. I needed some place to leave asap as I started working in ND. Called and said they had 2 properties but needed a deposit to hold them but it would go toward rent. Sent 1 listing that I had already visited and was not the properties they listed. I have tried to contact them several times no answer. I told them i wanted my money back and they said they would send it to their accounting dept. YEAH RIGHT! Does anyone have a solution to get this money back.
