Unauthorized $115.00 Chase Debit Card Charge, Refund Wanted

I was charged $115.00 on my Chase debit card, which I never authorized. I do not even use Facebook, so this charge is asinine. I need this refunded ASAP.

I do not understand how this got charged to my account considering I have never once given my information to Facebook.
