Due to mortgage issues, an inferior modification, home repair and health issues, I needed to have my mortgage refinanced. I qualified and obtained a $100,000 certificate through the AZ Save Our Home Program and needed a lender to refi with me to take advantage of this and help get my home closer to its market value in which it is currently $220,000 upside down. Due to the housing crisis, I lost over $100k selling my Illinois home which still had not sold when Countrywide completed my mortgage on my new AZ home. I ended up having to pay two mortgages for over 1 year until finally getting and accepting an offer on my IL home. My savings was totally depleted along with the added out pocket costs of home repairs to my IL home and my AZ home (my Centex complaint will be separate). I had to file BK which completed 10 and BofA was not helpful in my effort to either refi through the Harp 2.0 or the AZ Save Our Home Program. They simply indicated I did not qualify. I was diagnosed with skin cancer during 2012 and also faced urgent home repairs on my AZ home causing me to get behind one month. They have no support and want to charge me added fees.
