I paid a deposit on some furniture at Furniture and More and had afamily death. So I spoke to the manager called Jay and he said itwas okay to wait to pick up the furniture until after the burial.in the meantime, we paid more and more and when we went to pay off the balace and arrange for pick up the manager said that he could not find it and after many phone calls hesaid forget it he had no furniture for us and no refund. He took advantage of me in a difficult time. He essentially robbed us.
