We love crocs and have purchased them consistently for our now 6 and 4 year olds in nearly all sizes since they each started walking. My oldest son's strap broke and I did a quick search online and found older posts saying crocs would provide replacement straps. Upon contacting them via email I was informed that they would only work through a 90 day warranty (I assume to replace the whole shoe). Needless to say we'Ve had the shoes well over 90 days. I am just dissappointed with crocs as the replacement strap apparently used to be available and the shoes still have a lot of life in them. It seems wastefull to not make replacement parts available. I would happily pay for a replacement strap even. We will head down the superglue route and hope it holds. Not having a strap that moves though is a bit of a bummer and I am worried will make the shoes less comfortable for my son.
