I have bought a crocs, number 4-5, on Dolphin mall in Miami end of September. It was for my one year old daughter, who is a tootler, after she uses her shoe twice the button came out and I want a new button to replace the one that came damaged. I can send the old one an the copy of the receipt, I live in Brazil. I have tried to get the button here in Brazil, but the shops here refuse to give to me saying that I just could have it in the shop that I had bought. I got very upset because I use to like Crocs products, but they did not answer my messages, not the Brazilian site neither. The American one, I am sending messages since beginning of October.
