I was opening an email from Costco sometimes in March, not sure why i was leading to Deadseablue's web page of free trial of their deadsea skin care products with a condition to pay for $5.99 shipping and handling charge; thinking I was trying out some costco's products... I did not see the statement of "14-day trial and full payment of 149.95 after 14-day if not returning the products to them" anywhere at the time. Therefore, I was shocked to see a charge of $149.95 on my credit card statement.
I have been communicated with them by email (phone calls was not answering) but seems un-successful as they stated products was open, used and not retuning to them in 14 days. Products came in 3 little container, only one was opened and used twice only as I stopped after learning my skin was alergy to the products.
My credit card paynent is due next week but I really don't want to pay for the products which I can no longer use. Hope I could be offered some helps it will be much appreciated.
