I went on line to purchase a bottle of Green Coffe Bean for $28.00. After filling out the order; I noticed I was being charged $170.00 so I did not continue with the order. The following day I noticed my account was debited $170.00. I never received any notification in my e-mail that the purchase was being processed, accepted or mailed. I contact the customer service at 1-800-446-8342 and explained that I did not complete the order and I wanted it cancelled and my money returned to my account. I was told they could not do that as it was already being mailed. I told them it was impossible as I never received any notification. The representative checked their system and noticed I was not informed so he decided to send me an e-mail while I was on the line with him. I never received it. He said he tried 3 times. I made sure he had the right e-mail address. He told me I have to wait to received the item then return it. A week later I received the item and it cost $10.00 to return it with tracking. Today, I called and they are deducting $4.95 for shipping to me (which I never ordered) I was told I have to wait 5 business days for my account to be credited. Bottom line I have lost time and $14.95 for Pure Green Coffee which I never ordered. Buyer be ware
