Did not recieve my pure green coffee (1 additional bottle) promo for $19.95 order number 380608 with my $48.00 order (1bottle) order number 380607. I want my promo bottle of pure green coffee. I trusted that I would recieve both bottles at the same time, they were ordered at the same time. I like the one bottle that I recieved.
