I bought a sample from dead sea beauty paying postage and carriage and assuming that I would buy more if I liked it. They didn't make it obvious that you would be paying a subscription and needed to cancel witih 15 days. I have now been charged £97.95 and understand from my credit card supplier that this will be a monthly charge if not cancelled. However it is impossible to get hold of the company to cancel the charge. Their website comes up as no vaild security certificate. I took the risk and found a phone number but it is impossible to speak to anyone. My credit card company have said they will take it as the subscription is cancelled and refund any further amounts but I still wish to complain about the trading standards of this company.
