I ordered a DVD in December with confirmation it had been shipped on 13/12. I hadn't received it in January so corresponded with someone called Gordon Kennedy who let me know it would arrive soon and had been delayed due to the holidays.
Last message I had from him apologised for the delay and said he was contacting the post office and I would hear from them in 3-5 working days. It's now been over 2 months and I've tried numerous times to contact them with no response.
No DVD for me it seems!
